Haha cheers! You should definitely fly that thing.
I'm fortunate to say that I actually work with the Flite Test guys now producing article content on the website.
Would love to produce an article or two on Bluebird k7 and the restoration actually.

I have just acquired this model, it is fibreglass construction
It's approx 1.7m long, which makes it about 1:5 scale I think
I do not know much about it or who built it, anyone one here have any ideas?

Yes it is the one on eBay which was described as 1:10 scale, which it is not
It is a very detailed mode, was quite a find in my opinion

Definitely a good find!!!
I would have gone for it if I’d known it was that size, the one I’m working on iirc is 1850mm long and should be if the plans are to be believed 1/4ish.
Is there anything inside it?
Also, can we have a pic from the front please, as it’s the tradition in here to say the intake shape is wrong lol
Cheers

Yep that's true a couple of the team told me the nose and the shape to each side of the cockpit were wrong you know who you are
ha, but it was good advise....but now I'm doing 64 spec all change inside and out good luck with your boats K7 pulls loads of twists and turns while you build it!
