I've been a bit busy this weekend, a present arrived for me from China on Friday[.]
It came in a thousand pieces, took me till 3am to finish it..

I've managed to print out a pair of 1/4 scale hands & ive got hold of an animatronic 1/4 scale upper body, the instructions that came with it were dire, the micro servos I got for it are a bit big so I'm having to get creative with the Dremel.

I've fitted a couple of rails inside where the cockpit will be, there is an intentional run on these higher at the front, the idea is that the canopy runners will fit on top of these rails & will pull the canopy down tight when closed. Well that's the theory.
I've been keeping an eye out for something to make the air pipe that comes out of the mask with, I came across some 7mm o/d corrugated sheathing on eBay & it looks spot on, I only needed a few inches but I got 3m for £2.50 delivered, mustn't grumble.

It's a SEG toys Chitty, they are quite rare & pull good money on eBay. I've a few but I've only unboxed one. I've also got a chrome one but they are really rare[.]
